"I had an incident in 2020. I needed help from BCBB. Kathy was patient with the process, clear and knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get me out of Jail sooner than later! I was out in less than 24 hours after being detained thank God! She walked us through the most efficient way to get funds transferred to the right places to get me out. Since this happened in 2020, I had been awaiting trial for 2 years on Bail. Kathy was always positive during my weekly check ins. We never had any issues.
